Salmon with Mango Sauce

Ingredients:
- 12/16 oz salmon filets (6-8 oz per person)
- 2/3 -1 cup Brazil Gourmet Mango nectar (1/3 -
½ cup per person)
- Scallions, chopped
- Olive oil
Heat enough oil to coat the pan and then add the
salmon filets. Pour ½ of the mango nectar over the filets then
after a few minutes, flip over and add the rest of the mango nectar.
Cook the filet until no longer pink. Sprinkle with chives and serve
with rice.
