Vanilla Passion Fruit Mojito

• Ingredients:

• 4oz Brazil Gourmet Passion Fruit nectar
• 2oz white rum
• 1/8 - ¼ oz lime juice
• 1 drop of vanilla extract
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 3-4 mints sprigs, plus more for garnish

Mash mint sprigs, vanilla and sugar together. Place in cocktail shaker half filled with ice. Add rum and passion fruit and lime juice and shake 10 times. Strain into glass filled with ice. Garnish with mint. Serve.
