Liberty Imports was founded in 1983 as a mail-order business serving the Brazilian community. Dedicated to bringing quality Brazilian products to the US, Liberty Imports grew and became known in the Brazilian-Hispanic community for its super quality products and service.

In 2000, Liberty Imports decided to discontinue the many exclusive representations of Brazilian products it held and focused soly on developing and launching their own line of premium tropic beverages.
Since then the company has expanded to become a leading beverage manufacturer and distributor. The company's feature line is Brazil Gourmet beverages featuring nectars, nectar teas and acai.
Brazil Gourmet beverages can be found in the shelves of many supermarket chains, corner stores, natural outlets.

Privately held, the company is headquartered in Allentown, PA and has warehouse facilities in Clifton, NJ and Miami, FL. Now headed by original founder Gloria Negrao and her daughter Simone Anewalt, the women- and minority-owned business prefers to be known as a provider of superior-quality products that everyone can enjoy.
